While Grok-3 has not yet achieved the same level of global recognition as DeepSeek's chatbot, which recently made headlines and stirred stock market concerns, or as OpenAI's ChatGPT and Google's Gemini, it marks a significant step in the ongoing AI competition.

Tampa Bay Ventures backs Certus Core, a govtech startup

Tampa Bay Ventures recently invested in Certus Core, a veteran-owned company specializing in AI and data processing for government and public sector challenges. Founded in 2021, Certus Core uses semantic AI and large-scale data processing to address problems in national security, infrastructure, and other sectors, with potential applications extending to banking, healthcare, aviation, and retail.

This month, Certus Core is hosting the Data4 conference in Tampa to showcase the future of AI and data science.
